Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Dan Hopper has been caring for patients and perfecting beautiful smiles since 1985. He brought cosmetic dentistry to Rocklin in 1990 and sleep dentistry to the Placer County area in 1997. Dr. Hopper is a mentor at the Kois Center, teaching advanced dental techniques to other dentists. He enjoys skiing and playing tennis with his family.

Dr. Jeannine El-Maasri has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry since 2006 when she graduated from CASE School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland Ohio. She completed a post-graduate residency program at Rhode Island Hospital and became a faculty member at Brown University. Dr. El-Maasri is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is continuously seeking further knowledge through memberships in the Seattle Study and Spears Study clubs. She is known for her meticulous approach to quality dentistry and has earned a reputation as one of the leading dentists in her field.

Dr. Olivia Sugimoto is a compassionate and experienced general dentist with over a decade in dental care. Known for her calm demeanor and gentle approach, she focuses on building relationships grounded in trust and education. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
